Brain literacy
Understand your brain
Build wisdom that lasts
My Brain Sage is an app for iPhone and Android. A 14-day free trial, then a simple monthly or yearly subscription.
Everyone knows that lifting weights builds muscle. Almost nobody is taught that morning light helps calibrate cortisol, that meditation strengthens GABA tone or that lost sleep weakens memory.
The first kind of knowledge is common by now. The second kind, equally true and equally evidence-based, is barely part of public literacy at all. We have a rich language for caring for a body and almost none for the living, chemical, changeable organ that runs everything else.
My Brain Sage exists to close that gap. It does for the brain what the mirror does for the muscle: it makes what is happening inside more apparent and gives you the literacy to understand it.
What the app does
My Brain Sage is a brain literacy app, not a wellness tracker. Each day, you log the gains and the drains: what helped your brain and what worked against it. The app translates your day into a single brain-health score and surfaces short insights about how your habits are really treating your brain.
Over time, the patterns become visible. You begin to notice the connection between how you live and how you feel and you gain the literacy to understand why. The app observes and surfaces; it never prescribes, judges or shames. It is a compass, not a coach.
Built to be outgrown
After an active phase of roughly 100 days, you graduate, carrying a wiser brain and the literacy to keep it that way. The app is designed to be used, learned from and in time outgrown. It leaves behind not a dependency, but a practice.
Your data stays yours
Your brain-health data never leaves your phone. There is no server, no account and no third party, including the developer, that ever holds your information. This is a permanent commitment, not a launch-stage choice.
A 14-day free trial with full access, then a simple monthly or yearly subscription. Launching in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada.
